Staying at this hotel during New Year's Eve was great! The staff were really friendly and provided exceptional service during our stay. The key location, surrounded by great food and shopping options, definitely added a lot of value to our trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the toilet was quite small and cramped, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, so it was either too cold or too warm in the room.

The hotel's location is highly convenient for travelers, with close proximity to Mong Kok station, bus stops traveling to the airport, and other public transportation options. The rooms are clean, with functioning air conditioning and water pressure. Although small, the rooms are suitable for young couples and the bed linens are clean.

The hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful to guests who asked for recommendations and assistance.

Location is just perfect for sightseeing and shopping, MTR Mongkok and airport bus A21 round the corner. Hotel is very very clean, furniture is like new, WiFi pretty fast.

Few dodgy bars around and red lights for locals.Rooms are extremaly small (!) my room was maybe 2x2meter and no window. Earlier check-in not possible, later check out with extra money. Recommended for really short stay - 2 maybe max 3 nights.

Staff doesn't speak English and the check-in is very inefficient

We couldn't have asked for a better location, as the hotel was situated close to everything. Not only did it offer easy access to the metro and MTR stations, but it was also near to the airport bus stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard and the facilities were top-notch. In addition, the staff was very accommodating and welcoming, making our stay unforgettable.

This hotel is probably one of the cheapest in hong kong but probably one of the best for location. It is situated right in the heart of Mongkok, a few feet from Nathan Rd. 5 mins walk from Mong Kok mtr. Rooms are very small, but comfortable and good enough for a quick stay.. I would not stay here for more than 4 nights because you might get claustrophobic. Wireless internet is free and works like a dream!

It is a budget hotel , even the room is very small but is value for money & the location is strategic , near to shopping center at Mongkok .I will opt to stay at mk Hotel again in my next visit .

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the excellent location near the MTR and shopping center, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The staff are friendly and helpful, and many can manage English, which is a plus. The rooms are clean and recently renovated, offering a nice and comfortable stay.

Mongkok is pretty central for Kowloon, so there's a lot going on nearby. It's about five minutes' walk to the mtr.

Avoid booking a single room if you can. They are all without window, and are absolutely miniscule (6m2) which means there's barely enough room for you and your suitcase. Forget about a bed-side table or wardrobe. I asked for an ironing board - when erected (bearing in mind it was a small one) I couldn't open the door. It took me a total of 1 hour to check in here, the staff are pretty inefficient.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Mong Kok. the location is fantastic - right in the heart of the lively area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and easy access to the MTR. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests that I had. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, with good views from some of the rooms.

Although I was overall satisfied with my stay, there was one small aspect that could be improved.

We spent New Year's at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area and we especially liked the convenience of having good food shops and shops right outside. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable.

The rooms were small and lacked storage and a table or chairs to sit at. It was difficult to move around once our luggage was on the floor.
